This site is created to provide information regarding our AI consulting and other related services to our users and website visitors. Our Privacy Policy manages your visit to https://voagents.ai and defines how we collect, protect, and disclose data that delivers outcomes to you from using our Service.

Data We Collect and Use

The following types of data that VoAgents may obtain and handle from End Users:

Individually identifiable data, such as:

• name, contact details, address, country, and further basic details;
• preferences, content, device details for access, and financial data;
• reviews, images, recordings, and further materials; additionally
• correspondence and other messages, such as those between you and the end user.

How We Will Use Your Data

Purpose of Data Processing

We commit to using and processing the data in a transparent, fair, and accountable manner. However, there may be a possibility that we will use and process the Data differently in response to your further instructions or messages that we receive from the End User via the Customer Platform.

The following are the main uses of the data that we may process:

• Fulfill our responsibilities under any agreements we may have made with you, including but not limited to providing services.
• Control your access credentials and account on the company platform.
• Handle inquiries, feedback, and complaints.
• Manage technological issues and monitor our services.
• Comply with the law and any applicable regulations.
• Produce and evaluate data and reports regarding our clientele and service usage trends, as well as carry out research on them.
• Provide you with customer assistance.
• Offer services to the End Users services on your behalf.

Data Transfer and Disclosure

We transfer and maintain your data including personal information on computers located outside the province or country or share it with government agencies to comply with the applicable laws. We may share the information to identify and address concerns or potential violations of the rights of third parties or ensure the safety of the rights and property of our company, employees, users, and the public.

VoAgents.AI follows all the necessary measures to ensure your data is utilized securely and in accordance with this Privacy Policy. Also, we ensure no transfer of your Personal Data takes place to an agency, organization, or country unless proper measures are adhered to, including your data security and other personal data.

Google User Data

VoAgents lets you connect your own Gmail account so that follow-up emails to your contacts are sent from your own mailbox, and so that replies from those contacts appear in your VoAgents conversations. This section explains how we handle data we receive from Google when you connect your account.

Data We Access

With your permission, VoAgents accesses the following Google user data:

• Your Gmail address, to identify the connected mailbox in your account.
• Email messages in your inbox and sent mail(sender, recipients, subject, date and message content), so that conversations with your contacts can be shown in VoAgents. We do not read messages in your spam or trash folders.
• Permission to send email from your Gmail address, used only to send emails that you have written, approved or set up in VoAgents.

VoAgents does not modify, label or delete any message in your Gmail account.

How We Use Google User Data

Google user data is used only to provide and improve the user-facing features you turn on in VoAgents:

• sending follow-up emails to your contacts from your own address;
• showing replies from your contacts, and your earlier emails with them, in the matching VoAgents conversation;
• tracking whether an email you sent was replied to or bounced; and
• where you turn on an email agent, writing and sending replies to your contacts' emails on your behalf, and completing actions you have set up for it, such as booking an appointment.

We do not use Google user data for advertising, including targeted, retargeted or interest-based advertising, and we do not use it to determine creditworthiness or for lending purposes.

Sharing and Transfer of Google User Data

We do not sell Google user data, and we do not share it with advertisers, data brokers or information resellers. Google user data is shared only:

• with service providers that host and run VoAgents on our behalf, such as cloud hosting and database providers, only as needed to provide the features described above;
• with an AI service that writes email agent replies, only when you turn that feature on, and only under terms that do not allow the data to be used to train its models;
• with tools you have connected to your email agent, such as a calendar for bookings, and only the details needed to complete the action you set up;
• when required by law, or to protect against security issues or abuse; or
• as part of a merger, acquisition or sale of assets, only after your explicit prior consent.

AI and Machine Learning

Google user data, whether raw, aggregated or anonymized, is never used to develop, improve or train artificial intelligence or machine learning models, whether ours or anyone else's. It is never transferred to any third party that uses it to train AI or machine learning models.

How We Protect Google User Data

The access tokens that let VoAgents connect to your Gmail account are encrypted before they are stored. All data is sent over encrypted (HTTPS/TLS) connections. Access to your data within VoAgents is limited to your own organization, and access by VoAgents staff is limited to what is needed for security, legal compliance or support that you have asked for.

Retention and Deletion of Google User Data

• You can disconnect your Gmail account at any time from the Integrations page in VoAgents. When you disconnect, your stored Gmail access tokens are deleted immediately and VoAgents can no longer read or send email for that account. You can also remove VoAgents' access from your Google Account settings at https://myaccount.google.com/permissions.
• Email conversations already shown in VoAgents are kept only while your VoAgents account is active, so that your conversation history stays available to you.
• To have this email data deleted, write to contact@voagents.ai. We will delete it within 30 days. When your VoAgents account is closed, your Google user data is deleted within 30 days.

Limited Use Disclosure

VoAgents' use and transfer of information received from Google APIs to any other app will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. The use of raw or derived user data received from Workspace APIs will adhere to the Google User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Your Rights to Data Protection

We aim to take essential steps to ensure you are aware of using your Personal Data. You are entitled to the following data protection rights :

• the right to access, change, or remove the information we have of yours;
• the right to request to restrict the processing of your Personal data;
• the right to object to the processing of your Personal data we perform;
• the right of rectification to get your data modified if incomplete or inaccurate;
• the right to data portability to get a copy of your Personal data in a format that is frequently used, machine-readable, and structured;
• the right to withdraw consent to revoke your permission to handle your Personal Data at any time;
